To change your Dell Preferred Account contact information
Please note when changing your Password: You will receive one e-mail containing your User ID and then another e-mail containing your Temporary Password. Once you receive this, you can copy and paste your temporary password into the appropriate space online, or you can key it in by hand, paying special attention to the case of each letter. Once logged in, you will be required to change to a permanent password of your choosing. You will then receive a third e-mail confirming your new password.
If you are a registered user, Login with your User ID and password or Create a Profile if you are a new user.

- To change your account information, first access the account(s) you want to change.
- Step 1: Click the Account Information link, which is located at the top of the Account Summary page.
- Step 2: Select the account(s) you want to change by clicking the check box next to each.
- Step 3: Click the Update Selected button, located at the top and bottom of the page, to access change options.
- The Update Contact Information window will populate with the selected accounts on the left side of the screen.
- For the selected accounts, you can update: Billing Address, Phone Number, and E-mail Address.
- Step 4: Select the type of change you want to make from the drop down menu and type the new information in
- the field provided.
- Step 5: Once your revisions are complete, click Update to process.
- You will receive a confirmation message at the top of the Account Information page.
By creating your online profile, you now have the convenience and control to:
