View Account Balance

To view your Dell Preferred Account:

  1. If you already have an Online Profile,Login with your User ID and password or Create a Profile if you are a new user.
  2. On the Account Summaries page, click on the Account Number.
  3. The account details will be displayed.
  4. Also, you can edit your billing information, view electronic statements, or make a payment on this page.

 

To view your Dell Business Credit:

  1. If you already have an Online Profile, Login with your User ID and password or Create a Profile if you are a new user.
  2. On the Account Summaries page, click on the Account Number.
  3. The account details will be displayed.
  4. Also, you can also edit your billing information, view electronic statements, or make a payment on this page.

 

To view your Business Lease or Loan:

  1. If you already have an Online Profile, Login with your User ID and password or Create a Profile if you are a new user.
  2. On the Account Summaries page, click on the Account Number.
  3. The account details will be displayed.
  4. For Leases, you can also  edit your billing information, get an early buyout quote, view electronic statements, and view your account history on this page.
  5. For Loans, you can also view electronic statements, and view your account history on this page.
